'The Windy Day' is an original miniature mixed media painting that incorporates acrylic painting with sea glass, tiny pebbles, driftwood and local sand. It also includes two small (real) starfish to set apart this beautifully expressive piece. The painting features a child battling to hold onto their kite on a very windy day at the beach.
