UNIQUE & INDIVIDUAL ARTS & CRAFTS
Each Yellow Flower Crafts piece has been and painted / hand crafted and so each will be unique.  No two pieces are the same, even when from the same design there will be differences in each finished item which is an original signed piece of art from Deirdre Kinney.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Great care is taken to ensure that our products are well made to a high standard.
For our drinking glasses, although they can be machine washed, we do not recommend doing so (dishwashers tend to be unkind to glassware!) - simply clean by washing in a gentle solution of warm soapy water. Â
All other items are art and crafts for decorative purposes and should only be cleaned with a soft cloth or duster.
COLLECTION, POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
Each item will be carefully wrapped to withstand transit in postage. Postage Prices listed are for Royal Mail 'Standard' & 'Signed For' Services to any location in the UK. Yellow Flower Crafts cannot guarantee or be responsible for non-delivery of, or damage to any items dispatched by Standard Delivery. We recommend customers use the 'Signed For' Service which offers replacement or refund in the event of non-delivery or damage in transit.
For International Postage, please contact us via our 'Contact' page and we will be happy to give you a quote based on your order and your location.
'In Stock' items are dispatched within two working days and 'Personalised' items within two weeks of the order date. Commissions will receive an individual postage quote and dispatch estimate.

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT
Royal Mail do not consider a package missing until 15 working days after postage.  Yellow Flower Crafts always obtain proof of postage and can provide you with an exact postage time and date, but we cannot guarantee a delivery day (unless you have arranged a special postage option prior to ordering).  In such a case, replacements or refunds will not be available until 15 working days after postage.
RETURNS
Yellow Flower Crafts hope that you are happy with your purchase. Â If however, for any reason, you are not happy with a purchase that you made, you can return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date. Â As soon as it arrives with us, in the original condition, we'll issue either an exchange or a full refund for the entire purchase price.
Please note: Yellow Flower Crafts cannot reimburse the shipping cost of returning an item to us, unless the return is due to a defect in quality. Commissioned and personalised pieces cannot be returned unless defective in quality.  Please contact us in the first instance by email to arrange any returns.  Yellow Flower Crafts cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost on their way to us, so if returning a product please retain proof of posting.
