UNIQUE & INDIVIDUAL ARTS & CRAFTS
Each Deirdre Kinney Art piece has been designed, painted and/or hand crafted by Deirdre, so each will be completely unique. No two pieces are the same, even when from the same design there will be differences in each finished item, which is an original signed piece of art from Deirdre Kinney. Photographs in the listings (particularly for glassware) are representative of a particular design and, although very similar, may not be the actual piece sent. Should you wish to see pictures of the item in stock, please get in touch before placing the order.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Great care is taken to ensure that all artworks and crafts are well made and finished to a high standard.
For drinkware, although the final pieces go through a special curing process to make the paint permanent and can be machine washed at low temperatures, it is not recommended to do so. Dishwashers tend to be unkind to glassware in general, so for best care of your Deirdre Kinney Art glassware, simply clean by hand washing in a solution of hot soapy water and do lot leave to soak in water for a period of time.
All other items are art and crafts for decorative purposes and should only be cleaned with a soft cloth or duster. The Lanterns contain metal components therefore we do not advise leaving them outside or exposed to moisture for long periods. If they do get wet, we advise that you ensure they are thoroughly dried with a soft cloth.
COLLECTION, POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
Each item will be carefully wrapped to withstand transit in postage. Postage Prices listed are for Royal Mail '24' & '48' Signed Services to any location in the UK. Deirdre Kinney Art cannot guarantee or be responsible for non-delivery of, or damage to any items dispatched by Standard Delivery. It is recommended that customers use the above service which offers replacement or some refund in the event of non-delivery or damage in transit. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
gelato.com' fulfilled orders are outsourced for printing, therefore the postage prices listed are for services selected by Gelato based on size and weight of the item. Delivery time includes receipt of your order, production and delivery to you. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

For International Postage or to request alternative Courier or Special Delivery, please get in touch via our 'Contact' page and we will be happy to give you a quote based on your order and your location.
'In Stock' items are dispatched within two working days of receipt of the order and payment. Commissions will receive an individual postage quote and dispatch estimate.

If you wish to arrange collection, please get in touch via the 'Contact' page before placing your order and suitable arrangements can be made for collection from any Artisan Market Deirdre may be attending, or from her Workshop outside Ballycastle, Co Antrim.

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT
Royal Mail do not consider a package missing until 15 working days after postage. Deirdre Kinney Art will always obtain proof of postage and can provide you with an exact postage time and date, but cannot guarantee a delivery day (unless you have arranged a special postage option prior to ordering). In such a case, replacements or refunds will not be available until 15 working days after postage.
RETURNS
Deirdre Kinney endeavours to ensure you you are happy with your purchase. If however, for any reason, you are unhappy with a purchase that you made, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date at your discretion. As soon as it arrives to Deirdre Kinney Art's Workshop in the original condition with labels attached, either an exchange or a full refund will be made for the original purchase price, minus any postage costs.
Please note: Deirdre Kinney Art cannot reimburse the shipping cost of returning an item, unless the return is due to a defect in quality. Commissioned and personalised pieces cannot be returned unless defective in quality. Please get in touch in the first instance by email to arrange any returns. Deirdre Kinney Art cannot be responsible for returned goods being damaged or lost on their return transit, if returning a product please retain proof of posting and ensure the appropriate postage and adequate cover is provided by your carrier for any damage/loss in transit.
