Welcome to the unique art of Irish Artist Deirdre Kinney!

 

Inspired mostly by nature and wildlife, Deirdre is best known for her unique style of Glass Art, Mixed Media, '3D' Paintings and Beach Find Creations, many of which she likes to call 'Practical Art', as they are often pieces that can be used around the home on a daily basis.  

 

Deirdre loves to experiment and is constantly searching for new and unusual ways to create her works.  She is constantly moving forward with new ideas, whilst keeping her regular customers happy with their favourite designs.  ​

Home: Welcome

Irish Artist Deirdre Kinney lives and works near Ballycastle on the County Antrim coast, surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Glens of Antrim.  The beauty and nature of her surroundings inspires much of her work and she is passionate about the creation of unique and unusual with intricate attention to detail.

Creating quality, uniquely original pieces, Deirdre has a reputation for beautiful original designs and is known for her glass art, hand-painted on a wide spectrum of practical glassware.  She also specialises in a range of multi-media works and acrylic paintings, often incorporating sea glass and beach finds in her art.

All her pieces are individually crafted and painted by Deirdre and many can be personalised for that special keepsake or gift.  Commissions are welcomed, simply get in touch to discuss your wishes.

A pair of hand painted Champagne Flutes, a beautiful Lantern, Sea Glass Pendant or unique '3D' Glass Painting will provide the perfect gift for any Birthday, Engagement, Wedding or Anniversary.

The possibilities are endless and Deirdre has years of experience creating many specially commissioned pieces to mark those special occasions and life events.

A hand painted and personalised Wine, Ale or Mixer Glass will delight most recipients.  These can also make the most wonderful Bridesmaids, Best Man, Wedding Party or birthday gifts.
 
What ever the occasion or award, Deirdre Kinney Art can also offer unique ideas for extra special Wedding Favours or personalised Corporate Gifts which can have personalised labels with a special message or logo incorporated.
