The price of a product does not include the postage or delivery charge, which will depend on the delivery method you choose. This will be added during checkout.

I currently ship to the United Kingdom.  Worldwide shipping is also available:  if you would like to ship elsewhere please enquire via email (yellowflowercrafts@gmail.com) and I can provide a custom quote.

Some items may not be available for shipping, and some may only be available for local delivery/pick up. 

All address information must be accurate including the postcode, and the recipient’s telephone number. These details will be collected at check out.

Shipping/Postage
Shipping costs are calculated based on the value, size and weight of your order and include the cost to ship the item along with the cost of packaging.  I usually ship UK Parcels via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Signed For Delivery,  however courier and service selected may vary depending on the items being shipped.  Individual and specific courier quotes may be required for the larger, more fragile and/or more valuable pieces such as framed paintings.

Orders up to 1kg - £5.95 for 1st Class / £4.95 for 2nd Class
Orders up to 2kg - £7.95 for 1st Class / £6.95 for 2nd Class

Orders up to 1kg - £7.95 for 1st Class / £6.95 for 2nd Class
Orders up to 2kg - £10.95 for 1st Class / £6.95 for 2nd Class
Orders up to 5kg - £17.95 for 1st Class / £11.95 for 2nd Class
Orders up to 10kg - £22.95 for 1st Class / £21.95 for 2nd Class

Free Local Pick Up (currently paused due to restrictions) can be arranged for all orders - simply contact me to arrange and I will schedule a date and time for you to collect.

Local pick up is available from the Yellow Flower Studio at 22 Torr Road, Ballyvoy, Ballycastle, BT54 6RE.  It may take 1-2 working days to prepare your order, unless in the case of Commissions, where an estimated timescale will be given on the commission being agreed.  It is also possible in some cases to arrange a meeting point in Ballycastle for pick up, or collection can be arranged at any Markets I may be attending.  

Import Duties

Shopping online and importing goods means you will be charged import duties from time to time.
Normally, import duties and taxes are charged to the receiver.  The amount you may have to pay depends on various criteria and is calculated by customs authorities.

Dispatch / Delays
All items are dispatched by me.  I aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible and within 1 week of ordering where items are not produced to order.

A number of products offered for sale on my website are produced to order and may not be available instantly for dispatch, many items are only produced to order.  Customised or bespoke products will take time to produce and I will always provide an estimated lead time.  Your item will shipped/available for pick up as soon as it is available.
